Not bad once you are used to it . . . but I am not going in!

The Countdown Begins . . .

I can feel it,

But will the seniors in my last hour class make it?

Why was corporal punishment eliminated in schools?

Did I actually say that out loud in one of my classes today?

Will my class be the credit that prevents one of my students from graduating from high school?

What POWER

Shouldn't the pressure be on the seniors to

EARN

the credit?

NOT for me to "give" it!

(that is just not how it works in the REAL world . . . Right?)

June 6th is my last day of school -- it can't come soon enough for me.

A MOTTO to live by?

Meredith wrote this in the sand on our last day of vacation. What a wise daughter I have (I thought) . . . until I remembered her inspiration.
A Hallmark card you guess? No.
A Life is Good t-shirt? I wish.
A billboard or bumper sticker? Well . . . of sorts.

These three words were tatooed across the lower back of a very chunky teenage girl who was wearing a bikini that was several sizes too small for her FAT _ss! Shouldn't bikinis be made no larger than a size 8 or 10 to prohibit such displays of fleshy behinds, bellies and boobs?

And I thought Mer was only reading her book and checking out the boys around the pool.
