The Question Boy . . .

Will's Question: Who is the oldest person in the world and how old are they?
Mom's Answer: Let's look it up in the Guiness Book of World Records when we get home.
Will's Comment: But . . . it won't be accurate because we don't have the 2008 edition of GBWR.

Will's Q: How many years ago did the world form?
Mom's A: Let's look it up when we get home. But it was a long, long time ago.

Will's Q: What will the earth be like in 1000 years?
Mom's A: We better keep recycling or there won't be an earth in 1000 years . . .

Will's Q: What will be the year be in 1000 years?
Mom's A: 2008 + 1000 = 3008 RIGHT?

Will's Q: How old will I be in the year 3008 -- if I am still alive?
Mom's A: You were born in 2000. In 3008 you will be 1008 years young.

Will's Q: What is the sales tax in the City of Chicago?
Mom's A: I think it is .10 on the dollar.

Will's Q: Why is it .10 on the dollar?
Mom's A: Big cities are expensive . . .

Will's Q: Why?
Mom's A: The five minute potty break is over. Don't you want to swim some more?

I swear he thinks up questions as he sleeps at night and he starts firing them at me as soon as he wakes up. Thank God for the Internet. :)
